She is survived by: her husband Howard Burkholder; her daughters, Carol Hopkins, Cathie Christmann (Steve) and Patricia Burkholder; her stepchildren, Chris (Glenda), Rich (Amy) and Ryan; her grandchildren, Scott (Kayla), Leanne (Calvin), Carley (Furqan), Elizabeth (Lawrence), Jesse, Rhianna (Joe), Kayleigh, Noah, Josh (Allyson), Lukas (Carelle), Samuel, Drew, Abigail (Caleb), Reid, Ethan, Emily and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Jace, Braylee, Hunter, Colton, Zanaira and Henry; and her siblings, Dorothy Reesor and Herbert Diller.
