The memory of Jonathan Kwan of Markham, Ontario, who passed away on March 23, 2025 at the age of 69, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jonathan leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jonathan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Lolita; his sons, Michael, Darryl and Brian; and his grandson Cillian.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (8911 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R5G1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location.
