He was predeceased by: his wife Nella. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Karen), Lidia (Leonard) and Josie (Rob); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Sarah), Melissa (Barrie), Jackie (Brad), Paul Jr., Amanda (Bryan), Jennifer, Stephanie (Patrick), Jake (Jess), Mike (Rachel) and Ryley (Chris); his brother Vince (Phyllis); and his siblings-in-law, Sam and Franca.
