He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill, Bud (Dru) and Charles (Edie); his parents, Mabyn Lee and James Lee; and his mother-in-law Betty.

He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughters, Candice (Steve Ward) and Janice; his grandchildren, Jake and Cate; his siblings, Bruce (Karen), Lois, Bob (late Sharon), Betty (Bob Stevens), Heather (Steve Hunter), Art (Micheline), Linda (John Erwin) and Rick (Heather); his siblings-in-law, Glenn Case (Catharine) and Brian Case (Lise); and his parent-in-law Gord Case.
