He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Cox and Alice Meek Cox. He is survived by: his sons, James Cox Jr. of Sullivan, Kevin Cox of Sullivan, Indiana Cox and Justin Cox (Kaleena) of Terre Haute; his siblings, Gary Cox (Cheryl) of Carlisle, Debbie Perkins of Dugger, Indiana Templeton and Jamie Templeton of Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Teegan and Riley Cox.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home.
