He was predeceased by: his parent John McTaggart; and his stepparent Wells Barlow. He is survived by: his parent Pearl McTaggart; and his siblings, Robert McTaggart (Edith), Wayne McTaggart (Judy) and Jim McTaggart (Susan). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
