He is survived by: his spouse Marion Thompson; his sisters, Joan Minnis of Tweed and Norma Stewart of North Carolina; his children, Janet Lawler (Michael) and Ian Ireton; his grandchildren, Jennifer McIntyre (Cam), Andrew Lawler, Haley Heard (Kyle), Amber-Lee Lawler, Olivia Ireton and Chase Ireton; and his great grandchildren, Maisie, Grace-Ann Heard, Audrey and Rowan McIntyre.
