He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Rubenstein and Rose Rubenstein of Montreal. He is survived by: his wife Janice Diner; his children, Tamara and Cobi Moos; and his brothers, Robert Diner, Michael Diner and Shannon Stewart (Simone Freedman).
