She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tsunami Kika and Ichi Horiuchi; her children, Lawrence of Waterloo, Dick (Donna) of Thunder Bay, Don (Lyn) of Dryden and Donna (Jerome Peckham) of Peterborough; her grandchildren, Sherri (Paul Bryant), Darcy, Nicole (Steve Tomkins), Stefan (Lisa), Tanis (Rodney Oberg), Karen, Michael, Ash (Erin) and Kiyomi (Paul Hunter); her brother Frank Kika (Si) of Surrey, B. C; her sister-in-law Tatsuye Okamoto of Winnipeg; her daughter-in-law Carmen Haney of Dryden; her husband Hiroshi 'Rush'; her sisters, Shuz Koyanagi, Hizi Yoshida and Maria Yoshinaka; her son Doug; her daughters-in-law, Erika, Patti and Dolores; and also, Toyo and Takejiro. She was also cherished by twelve great-grandchildren.
