He is survived by: his wife Yola; his children, Anna Zuccato (David) and John (Beth); his grandchildren, Aaron (Brooke), Adam, Jesse (Gabriella) and Jacob; and his siblings-in-law, Derna Gentile and Guido Gentile (Dolores).

A private family service has been held and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
