He is survived by: his children, Ken Agnew (Kim) and Karen Flebus (Paul); his grandchildren, Keith Agnew (Emily), Jessica Fach (Curtis) and Melissa Flebus (Nathan Lynes); his great grandchildren, Katie, Quinn and Cole Agnew; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Haase and Allison Hasse; and also Roberta Haase. He is also survived by his family, but also the PSW's, Nurses.
