He is survived by: his cousin Tony Pike (Joyce) of England; his nieces and nephews, Carolyn Katruk of Kitchener, Patsy Cain (Murry) of Gananoque, Philip Rubinoff (Carol) of Ottawa, David Rubinoff (Annette) of France, James Pike of Bath and Freddie Pike (Cathy) of Kingston; and his friend Jean Covey.
