She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilf Scheel and Doreen Scheel; and her brother Robert Scheel. She is survived by: her husband Ian MacDonald; her children, Sarah and Duncan MacDonald; her brother David Scheel (Barbara); her nephew Andrew Scheel; her niece Laura Lorenzatti (Lino); and her brother-in-law David MacDonald.
