He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Tesolin and Francesco Piccolo; and his siblings, Rita Fox (Paul), Leonard (Margaret), Norma Provenzano (Frank Sr.), Mario (Colleen) and Corrina Campbell (Ian).

He is survived by: his wife Lila; and his children, Claudia (Jim Colizza), MaryAnn Cole (late Lyn), Ronnie (Sandra), Robert (Carol), Diana McComb (Kim), Debbie Garrioch (late Bill), Marty, Susie (Jeff Reeves), Paul, Donny (Lisa) and Karen Collins (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Memorial Donations can be made to Algoma Autism Foundation or Angelman Syndrome Foundation Canada.
