She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Tait and Pearl Mudford Tait; her husband Jack McAvany; the father of her children Earl Rose; her daughter Lisa Ann Rose; and her sisters, Helen Morrison, Shirley Wood, Eleanor Briggs and Scotch Terriers Scottie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marjorie Rose, Penny Esseltine and Patti Vellucci; her son-in-law Louie; her grandchildren, Alexis Esseltine Scoon (Tim), Kristiana Vellucci and Christopher Vellucci; her great grandchildren, Theo, Charlie and Cordelia Scoon; and her stepdaughters, Darlynne, Angela, Jewel, Starr, Melody and April. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
