It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David George Eakin (Maple Leaf, Ontario), who passed away on June 23, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent George Eakin. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Eakin (Holland); his children, David Eakin (Lowella) of L'Amable, Paul Eakin (Laura) of Mississauga and Diane Crawford (Shawn) of Bancroft; his grandchildren, Ashley, Chantel, Samantha, Laura and Jamielee; his great grandchildren, Jason, Marley, Mackenzie and Colton; and his parent Elizabeth Eakin (Edwards).

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Maynooth and Area Foodbank would be appreciated by the family.
