With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Albert Mitchell of Maple Leaf, Ontario, who passed away on August 16, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sons, Brian and Kevin Albert; his parents, Thomas Mitchell and Mabel Mitchell (Eckhardt); and his brother Bill Mitchell.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie, Kent, Kalvin (Darlene), Darlene (Randy), Edward (Ruth) and Colin (Jeanine). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice North Hastings, or The Canadian Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
