Ann Dieleman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2020, Ann Dieleman (Maple Leaf, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harry Brouwer (Jane), Jim Brouwer and Jannie Brouwer; and her brothers-in-law, Harry DeVries and Jake Van Breda.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Dieleman; her children, Linda Dieleman (Gord), John Dieleman (Carol), Karen Goforth (Dennis), Dave Dieleman (Jacky) and Mark Dieleman (Susan); her grandchildren, Brian, Colin, Eric (Carly), Kyle (Erica), Leanne, Emma, Evan, Laura, Alia, Marcus, Juliana, Liam, Camryn and Aidann; her siblings, Joanne DeVries, John Brouwer (Kathy) and Rhea Van Breda; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Brouwer and Teny Brouwer.

Please note that all those in attendance of a funeral service must wear a mask as directed by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario.
