He was predeceased by: his wife Isabel Aguiar; and his brothers, Fernando and Guilherme. He is survived by: his children, Nelia Dubreuil, Ana Castonguay (Jacques), Ruben Aguiar (Marisa), Rita Labbee (Frank) and Stephanie Spencer; his grandchildren, Holly, Tyler, Antonia, Mariah, Michella, Gabrielle, Giancarlo, Erica, Mia, Sofia, Bruce, Mathew, Nathanael and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Ryatt, Adayln, Rio, Nora, Phoenix and Elise; and his sisters, Maria, Vidalia and Teresa.
