He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Chapman and Donna White. He is survived by: his children, Travis Chapman and Leanne Cassidy; his grandchild Jase Vincent; and his siblings, Jane (Rick), Brad (Crystal) and Laura. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many cousins.
