Shirley Nixon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Nixon (Maitland, Ontario), who passed away on August 4, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Joseph Nixon; her parents, Ernest Rodford and Myrtle Rodford; and her sister Velda Barrie. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Nixon, Robert Nixon (Jackie), Jane Baker (Jeff) and Tim Nixon (Paulette); her grandchildren, Kristen DeVries, Tanya DeVries, Nicole Nixon, Michelle Rathwell, Scott Baker, Nathaniel and Oliver Nixon; her great grandchildren, Harley, Grace and Dillon; her great great grandchild Freya; and her siblings, Clair Rodford and Verla Thurston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
