He was predeceased by: his sister Iris; his brothers-in-law, Ron Gardiner and Phil Manley; and also Margaret Weir. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his daughter Wendy Onstein (Charles); his grandchildren, Brad (Kaylee) and Carrie (Will); his great grandchild James; his stepchildren, Graham, Lloyd, Mark, Terry, Sandy, Blair and Tom McMillian Sheila Hunter; his grandchildren, Lesley, Ryan, Sarah, Shannon and Robin; and his siblings, Joan Burns (Bob), Donnie (Peggy), Sharyn Manley and Gary (Heather). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
