She was predeceased by: her parents, Geert Douwe Horst and Anje Staal; her siblings, Trui, Jo, Berend, Tine, Tiemen, Klazien, Hendrik, Douwinus, Gerhart and Folkert; and her husband Hans.
She is survived by: her sister Annie.
