He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sally Kelly (Palmer); his children, Adam Kelly (Taylor) and Brittany Heisel (Kyle); his grandchildren, Kambri-Grace, Rex and Peyton; his parents, Jack Kelly and Shirley Kelly; his siblings, Peggy Helmer (Don), John Kelly (Victoria), Pam Poulin (Harold) and Terry Kelly (Moira); his siblings-in-law, Phil Palmer (Sheila), Sandra Myers (Bob), Donnie Palmer (Jane), Ronnie Palmer, Rick Palmer (Shirallee) and Mike Palmer (Phebe); and his parents-in-law, Isobel and Osmond Palmer. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Palliative Care or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged.
