He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Urslak (Seal); his parents, John Urslak and Eva Urslak; his siblings-in-law, Steve Seal and Mary Reiter (Tony); his children, Randy Urslak (Carey) and Sonya Vandine; and his grandchildren, Randilynne, Kayle, Landyn Urslak and Curtis Vandine.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Morozuk (Michael); and his sister-in-law Grace Seal.
