He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Kingsley and Paul Kingsley. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kingsley (Kitty); his children, Fern Smith (late Robert), JoAnn Fullarton (John) and Kelly Sears (Patrick); his stepchildren, Leigh Howard (Terri), Laura Howard-Brookes (Bill), Susan Howard and Shawn Howard; and his sister Dorothy Connors (Furne). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
