He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Rutherford (Middlemiss); his parents, George Leslie Rutherford and Margaret Ferns Rutherford (Lindsay); and his brother James Leslie Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Jim (Justine), Nathan (Lynn) and Elizabeth (Matt); his grandchildren, Hailey, Erin, Gage, Sarah, Brianna, Jamie, Brady, Rilyn and Graysen; and his friend Sheila Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy donations to Riverview Presbyterian Church, Iroquois or the Friendly Brothers Masonic Lodge # 143 would be greatly appreciated.
