She was predeceased by: her siblings, Raymond Piche (Margaret) of Midland, Charles Piche (Lois) of Maitland, Robert Piche (Catherine) of Kemptville, Eleanor Tutecky (John) of Prescott, Hilda Belleville (Gaston) of Garson and Marion Hobbs Preston (Clifford) of Prescott.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Sayeau of Spencerville; and her children, Eleanor Jonkman (Linda) of Brockville, Albert Jonkman (Debbie) of Brockville, Ginus Jonkman (Tracey) of Brockville and John Jonkman (Jackie) of Rockport. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (2451 County Rd 15, Maitland, ON K0E1P0).
Barbara asked that any donations made in her memory be made to the Brockville General Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care or to the Spencerville United Church, and will be gratefully acknowledged.
