He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cleave; his children, Amy Rafter (Tyler) and Joshua Cleave (Stacey); his grandchildren, Halle, Nolan, Cameron and Rosie; and his sibling Philippa Davie (Michael). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
