He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Bell and Helen Bell. He is survived by: his brothers, Rick Bell (Sharon) and Brady Bell (Billy Jo); his uncles, Vernon Bell and Harry Bell (Eleanor); and his aunt Viola Thomas (late Carl). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
