He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McCann and Clara McCann (Wilman); his in-laws, Bryden and Lillian Lowry (Foote); his brother Garnet McCann; and his in-laws, Ken Denyes, Sharon Maguire (late Harry) and Donald Lowry (late Verna).

He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Lowry); his children, Jamie (Tara) and Chris (Brandy); and his sisters, Evelyn McCann and Helen Gordon (Ron). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, many other relatives.
