He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Moon and Hazel Moon; his brother Ronald Moon; his grandson Isaiah; and his niece Tina.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Moon; his children, Debra, Ann Minnett (Stephen) of Shannonville, Adam Johnson (Shelby) of Madoc, Carissa Cowie (Curtis), Megan Cowie and Mason Cowie of Madoc; his sisters, Donna Fairbairn of Ottawa and Debbie Boyle (late Robert) of Madoc; his grandchildren, Faith, Nathaniel, Evan, Kaelynn and Cody; his nieces and nephews, John (Kandace), Stephanie, Jennifer (Jason), Kenny and Mark (Jason); and his pet Stubby.
