She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Carter and Barbara Carter. She is survived by: her husband Gary Leonard; her son Keith Orr; her siblings, Donnah Carter of Wasaga Beach and Allan Carter of Stirling; and her nieces, Sarah and Ashley.
