Hazel Barbara Brooks Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Barbara Brooks of Madoc, Ontario, who passed away on June 11, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Brooks and Aileen Brooks; and her siblings, Clifford Brooks (Norma) of Port Hope, Frank Brooks (late Ann) of Queensborough, Bob Brooks (Liz Schell) of Kingston, Sue Hachey (Bob) of Hamilton, Marilyn Smith of Kingston, Joe Brooks (Betty) of Sarnia and Rick Brooks (Elizabeth) of Ottawa. She was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great nieces.
