He is survived by: his partner Cathe Bulanda; his daughters, Jackie (Matt) and Jessie (Mike); his brother Clark (Donna); his nephews, Ryan (Jennifer) and Shawn (Ramona); his stepdaughters, Veronica (Brady) and Virginia; his stepgrandchildren, Erica, Izzy, Liam and Griffin; the mother of his children Betty; and his pets, Amber and Buddy.
