He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Bolt of Lucknow; his children, Deborah Bolt of Smithville and Kevin Bolt (Dianne) of Lucknow; his grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Raumyn, Arya (Sevina) and Areyauna; and his great grandchildren, Ashton and Jasper.
