He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Lane (Stewart) and Eugene MacMillan of Lucknow; his nieces, Janet Thorsteinson (Jeff), Joyce Shepherd (Kell), Judy Lane and Angela MacMillan; his nephew Robert MacMillan (Jody); and his sister-in-law Barbara Vickers.
