He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clark and Alice Clark; his daughter Julia Ann; his sister Eleanor Gibson (Jim); and his in-laws, Leonard, Glen, Betty, Garry, Allen, Larry, Sharon, Rose Middleton, Conrad Pompies, Gerrit VanSligtenhorst, Tom Young and Doug Knocker.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel (Middleton); his sons, Arthur (Kandra) and Lawrence (Donna); his grandchildren, Courtney Jacklin (Jamael) and Chris Clark (Brianna); his great grandchild Daniel Jacklin; his siblings, Leonard Clarke (Wilma), Jim Clark (Lorraine) and Dorothy Foxton; and his in-laws, Alice, Lila, Ruth, Margaret, Retta, Lillian (Ken), Norman, Kenneth, Sheila and Edna Middleton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
