He was predeceased by: his daughter Diane Park; his stepson Doug MacDonald; and his siblings, Violet Durnin, Jim Errington and Jean Henderson.

He is survived by: his children, Penny Snobelen of Goderich, Nancy, John Hamilton of Lucknow, Donna, Rick Robson of Kincardine, David and Laurie of Auburn; his brother Ross Errington of Lucknow; and also Elaine Errington of Lucknow.

Donations to Dungannon United Church, or the Dungannon Cemetery were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
