She is survived by: her children, Joan, Terry Hays, Lori, Gary Melitzer, Paul and Ellen Hackett; her grandchildren, Richard Hays, Dennis, Amber Hays, Sara, Josh Pond, Amie, Michael Gray, Alyssa, Shane Burke and Dylan Hackett; and her sister-in-law Zita Hackett. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
