With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allister MacKay (Lucknow, Ontario), born in Kincardine, Ontario, who passed away on October 16, 2021 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allister MacKay to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl MacKay (Kobe); his parents, Mary McKay (Courtney) and Alexander McKay; his son-in-law Bill Finlayson; and his brothers, Grant, Calvin, Hector, Elmer and Wilmer.

He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Finlayson of Walkerton, Nancy (Edward Brown), Marg (Kevin Moorehouse), Elizabeth (Dennis Fry) and Allison (Paul Wilken); and his close friend Duffy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
