He was predeceased by: his grandfather Frank Baer; and also, Alice and Leo. He is survived by: his wife Nicole (Kroonen); his son Jack; his parents, Brian and Tracey (Baer); his brothers, Ryan (Meagan) and Dylan (Nicole); his nieces, Charlee and Olivia; his grandparents, Doug, Carole Cooper and Kay; and also, Joe Louwagie and Leny Kroonen.
In keeping with his wishes, Tyler will live on through organ donation. His gift will save up to 8 lives and enhance the lives of up to 75 others through tissue donation.
