She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Clarke and Audrey Clarke. She is survived by: her husband Kevin O'Connor; her children, Michael, Fiona of London, Jeffery, Shiela of Barrie, Bradley and Cora of Kitchener; and her siblings, Bonnie Heist (Bob Dentry), Larry (Deb Clarke), Kelly (Rose O'Connor), Kerry (Wayne Higman), Kathy (Sean Brennan) and Pat (Sue O'Connor). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Stratford General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
