With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Josephine (Toohey) Grace of Lucan, Ontario, who passed away on November 2, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Grace; her parents, Patrick Toohey and Laura Toohey (Whelihan); her brother Paul Toohey; and her sister-in-law Bev Toohey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Cecelia Connolly of London and John Toohey of Kingston. She is also survived by her many family and friends.
Donations to Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners or the Ailsa Craig Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
