He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald and Mary Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; and his siblings, Lloyd Townsend of Listowel, Dave McDonald (Diane) of Teeswater and Karen Pamenter (Ross) of Orangeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
