He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Curtis (Hornick) and Chesley Curtis; his sister Donna Leinweber; and his brother-in-law Marvin Tuttle (Shirley). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth, Karen Curtis, Robert Curtis, Judie Betterley, Pam, Wayne Hall, Cathleen and Chris Hanington; his grandchildren, Stephanie Moore (Andrew), Jason Curtis (Cher), Ashley Curtis (Brad), Sean Curtis (Becky), Charlotte Hanington and Oliver Hanington; his great grandchildren, Logan, Jocelyn, Gavin and Indiana; his siblings, Doug Curtis (Janet) and Judy Beardwood (Ted); and his brother-in-law Gordon Barker.

In Lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
