He was predeceased by: his spouse Leona Hodgson; and his brother Albert Klumpers. He is survived by: his significant other Evelyn Harrigan; his children, Phyllis May, Kent May of Ridgetown, Carol Hughes, Ken Hughes of St. Marys, Darren Klumpers and Angie Klumpers of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Dave, Ashley, Rebecca, Viki, Jamie, Gerrit, Shelby, Patrick, Isaac, Sydney and Nora; and his siblings-in-law, Dine Smeyers of Holland, Gerrit Smeyers of Holland, Eke Klumpers of Holland, Phyllis Gregory and Allan Gregory of St. Marys.
