He was predeceased by: his wife Ila (Steeper); and his sibling Jan Lagerwerf of Parkhill. He is survived by: his son-in-law Bill Ralph; his siblings, Ruby, Russell and Donna Thompson of Lucan; and his grandchildren, Lori Baker (Jason), Stacey Martin (Greg), Michael Ralph (Tara), Kerrie Cavaliere (Jamie), Jeff, Lindsay and Matthew Thompson (Sherri). He is also survived by several Great Grandchildren and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Donald's name are appreciated to Parkwood Hospital, Veterans Care or the Poppy Fund.
