He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bob, Stan, Bev, Phil, Murray, Kay Nichols and Beryl Lucas.

He is survived by: his children, Leroy Maguire, Nancy Maguire of Lucan, Dennis Maguire and Mary Maguire of Grand Bend; his grandchildren, Darcy, Dan, Jill, Shelly, Donny, Kelly, Leeann and Mike; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Lily, Connor, Leaha, Ellie and Emma; and his siblings, Marian Maguire of Ilderton, Fred (Jean Maguire), Jean "Pat" Rowley of Grand Bend and Mary Maguire of Lucan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
