He was predeceased by: his siblings, Annie, Mia and Jos. He is survived by: his children, Connie Bontje, Mike Bontje, Lynda Martens, Michael Wilmot, Tracy Gooyers, Chris Gooyers, Lisa Tomalin-Reeves and Jeremy Tomalin-Reeves; and his siblings, Martha and Ria. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
